Jessica Simpson has dismissed stories about her father Joe’s controlling habits. The singer talked about circulating rumors surrounding her dad as he fit her for her first bra, calling them ridiculous. She told radio K-FROG 95.1, "There have been stories that are ridiculous," she "Like my father really fit me for a training bra. Like, who believes that kind of thing!?" Jessica is currently promoting her new country material that she feels it suits her better. The 27-year-old star said, "I really just wanted to showcase the talent that God has given me and I don't believe that in pop music I ever had the chance to stand on two feet and stand firm."
